Landmark LA is a vertically integrated real estate apartment owner and property manager established in 1984 and headquartered in Los Angeles, California. For more than 40 years, Landmark has sponsored direct real estate investments in the premiere regions of Los Angeles. Executing a proprietary and proven strategy focused on value add, high rent cash flows and long term capital appreciation. 

Committed to the experience of the tenant and doing what is right for them is our priority. We pride ourselves at being able to turn over units quickly and efficiently to meet the market demand on amenities and construction materials in each property. On average our property management team is turning over 25 units a month over all our properties, because of this we happen to be Home Depot’s largest client in the valley. For every property that has more than 14 units there is an onsite manager to help with the day to day and work directly with each tenant making their stay as pleasant as possible. Our team is always ready to respond to any inquiry and enjoy watching the families grow year over year and creating long term relationships with them.
